Hi Guys, Hope you can help, My dad has been told he will be made redundant in march 2010. he is 60. he has been working for the firm for 35 years, what he is wanting to know is- 1. what are the rules is it a weeks pay for every year? 2. he has just got his personal pention will this effect his R Pay?
