My friend just bought an XL 330S and when he went into the menu to choose a computer voice so that it would announce street names it said unavailable so he had to download one from the TomTom site. He also could not download other things to it upon start up he had to go the TOMTOM website and do some things so that he could download to the unit. Is this normal? I have an XL 340S and never had to...

I just unpacked my newly purchased XL-330S (great price at BJs) and was setting it up. I noticed the volume of the two computer voices is much lower then that of the human voices. Has anybody else observed this and can anything be done about that? Is this an issue TomTom recognizes? I want to use the computer voices as that is the only way to gain the text to speech capability and I've ...

which are lighter. i had my boss 330s and those bitches weight almost double the stock. question is which are lighter? the stock daks rims or the stock rts rims. cant be by much but if my stocks are lighter i wont waiste the money on rts.

Hi all - I was working EK 855 to KWI this morning, and noticed two LH A340s (one -600 and one -300) parked at T1. However, even more puzzling was the presence of two AB 330s, one of which lined up for take up just behind us around 8am local time. Also, come to think of it, there was a Hamburg International A320 at T1 as well. Why the flurry of German activity at DXB this morning?...

Thank you for the offer, but I really (please, I don't know why) am after the 18" 5 spokes of a 330s. They are a standard subaru wheel (probably weigh half a ton each ) but I really like the way they look, just don't want to pay £1200 to subaru for them!
