Let's assume 3 rounds of testing. In vitro testing for both EKC and Eye Herpes, data vetting and conclusions. Then followed by in vivo testing, again for both, with histology and data vetting and finally a report. Lastly, the toxicological work-up in animals with histology, data vetting and final report. INDA ready. How long should that take? 9 to 18 months, including protocol construction and ...

i like the draft i think noorwood might be able to be had there, and I think a WR is a bigger need there, williams/benn/tate/gilyard should be there, then i think JPP or maybe selvie might last til the third. If not alem is a talented guy, just hopefully we'd be able to develop him i like alualu though! He's good drd good work

Also, I'd like to see a summary after each name of record beating the S&P... where [x of y] ...

I like 4 months, 3 rounds a year. That gives a full cycle of earnings reports and major economic indicators, and a little extra so some companies could report twice in a 4-month period. If we cut to 3 months, some companies could not report, if the round is after they report Q3. I would like no gap between rounds. So you pick you "team" before a round ends for the next one. One round ...
