I think it's time that the United States reverse the ban on automatic weapons. I am ambivalent about it, since I lived a good portion of my life in crime ridden neiborhoods, and it's a little disconcerting if more of the guys shooting off their nines had more firepower, but I think the constitution is unequivocal on this point. Automatic weapons are the equivalent of muskets in the 1770s. Imagine...

That is right, it doesn't exist. Now you are wondering "wtf is AI talking about now"? Let me tell you a little story. I walk into a gun shop. In a state that is not gun unfriendly (later I also find out that every state is exactly the same with respect to what follows specifically). I ask to see some shotguns. Let me say that again: shotguns. I say "I will take this one." Guy ...

OWN A GUN? GUN OWNERS, BEWARD. IF YOU OWN A GUN YOU NEED TO READ THIS. IF NOT, PASS IT ON TO SOMEONE THAT DOES. YOU NEED TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THIS. THE COMMUNIST/NWO IS TAKING SHAPE. It begins... more Freedom gone... the right to protect yourself and your family gone! Now ALL GUNS must be listed on your next (2010) tax return! Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our ...

Recently four police officers of the state of Washington were gunned down in a coffee shop, by a person who apparently entered the shop for the purpose of deliberately targeting those officers. Since this is a politics-discussion forum, I guess we should ask a political question related to this tragedy, since some people will (as usual) start insisting we need more gun ...

Ok. From what little bit I've observed of this forum, I don't see enough debate and difference in opinions. A bunch of people just agreeing with each other doesn't make for that entertaining of a forum. I'm not trying to stir up trouble, but debate is healthy. That being said, I will ask the stances of the members here about a topic I know is controversial, the 2nd Amendment. What say you? ...

That was a lot of reading but . . . AMEN Blocking your E-mail box shows the lack of your conviction on any subject. Do not E-mail me if that is the case! Being used to idiots is better than being one. Name calling is encouraged when you have nothing else to say!
