Just got myself my 1st Ball watch n it\'s my 1st encounter with a 2892-2 movement. When i give it a swirl, the rotor doesn\'t sound like it spins much, unlike 2824 movements. Has it gotta do with the stiffer main spring found in a 2892-2 that makes the rotor not as mobile or is it just my Ball?

This may be a slightly strange question, but I\'m sure somebody out there knows the answer. I\'m looking to replace the hands in one of my automatic Vostoks and was wondering if hands designed for an ETA 2892-2 would fit? I don\'t know what the diameter of the pinions are on the Vostok, so any help would be appreciated. Kind regards.

Hey all. Have been scouring around looking for some cases that are compatible with ETA 2824/2892 and Valjoux 7750 movements. I\'ve seen other threads on here, and seen the Ofrei offerings. Are there any other (perhaps better looking) options (beyond buying a watch with an existing case to exchange)? Specifics - screwdown crown, 3-5atm water resistance, open case-back sapphire glass would be ...

Up for sale is this beautiful Epos triple date moon phase in excellent condition. I rate this at 92% with minor wear from careful use. This watch is 34mm wide and 42mm long and features an ETA 2892-A2 (with Dupuis complication it is called the 2892-9000), which is highly decorated. All functions are quick set via pushers in the side of the case. The crystal is sapphire and the watch keeps great ...

It\'s time to move this one to a new home in time for Christmas: Wrist time is getting more scant for this poor watch and it deserves much more attention. It measures 37 mm without the crown and has an ETA 2892-A2 with a DD chronograph module. Timekeeping is very good - the last test I ran on it 2 or 3 month ago showed it gaining less than 5 seconds in 3 days (+4.5 sec / 3.5 days to be ...

Hey Guys- Looking at the FiremanII as possible first Ball for me. i see that it is motored by ETA 2824-2 (sure wish it was 2892-A2). Anyhow< I was wondering if you experts in here could share some info.... Does Ball use an Upgrade of the standard ETA 2824-2? I am aware that this movement comes from ETA in four grades. Does Ball use one of the better grades or just the standard? Or, ...
