I have a Dell 2850 thats running our SQL 2005 databases. Its been steadily holding with an Avg Disk Queue Length of 75+ on the data volume. Would moving the data to a Dell 220S with 7 147GB 15k drives configured in raid 10 provide enough disk IO to lower the current Queue lengths? Current config: OS=2x73GB 10k Raid1 Logs=2x147GB 10k Raid1 Data=2x300GB 10k Raid1 Proposed ...

Hello, We've had a Powervault 220s sitting around doing nothing for awhile now and we'd like to put it back to work.
