I've been reading through the New Year's Eve threads and thought I'd ask for your advice on a venue for twentysomethings on New Year's Eve. My best friend and I are meeting in Vienna and would love special plans for the holiday. We're travelling light and on a bit of a budget so a gala is probably out, although we could convince the parental units to fund a bit of a splurge.
