Can you believe it's been 20 years? Part of me feels it was a lifetime ago and some part feels it is still unbelievable. I was a fair bit older than 12 when it came down. I was working at my first job after university, and worked with a German girl who had lived a good portion of her childhood life in Berlin. I still remember to this day her in being in tears when the news that the wall was coming down came out.

This is no joke, I too have a story such as this: I had a deep relationship that lasted 4 years with a woman. It ended terribly back in the mid 1990's. I don't have any photos of her, I threw everything away shortly after we broke up. HOWEVER, I am reminded of her face due to the fact she looks, or should I say looked like Linda Hamilton in the Terminator 1 movie. The resemblance is uncanny!...
