Strongly considering building one. Typical basic garage, 2 doors, 500 sq. ft. of living space above. 24'x28' or so. Doing hardiplank/architectural shingles/etc. to match the main house. Any GC types (MarlinFan, bring it!) got a rough idea of what something like this would cost - in the $50k range if you don't get raped? Something like this (but better looking): http://www....

My garage is an absolute mess & I can only fit one of my cars in it. I need some plans to organize it, but I need to do it myself. Anyone have plans of how I can do it for a resonable price?

Nice use of space. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be done with my 2-car renovation. I raised the ceiling on the one side to be able to put the one car in the air, with the other under it, along with a lawn tractor, two fridges, an air compressor, power washer, and whatever else I can squeeze in there. Pics will be coming. Again best of luck with the garage.

Okay, now wouldn't you all agree we've had our QUOTA of ill luck for the year??? Sheesh! Good news though, they found our poor car, the next day actually! (Yay, Fresno PD!) The police had seen the wires pulled down under ...

As I became adolecent 14-16 years old, I started to listen to...
