I was just wondered if anyone knew the differences between the three, as I can't seem to find a definite description. As far as I can tell, 1st line is helpdesk, such as using the phones and/or computer system to deal with problems. But I have no idea on the others. :S

I have a 96 manual Contour. I have a problem with my manual shift transmission that has me very puzzled.
