1954 Chevrolet Corvette - The Joy Of Six Steve Howard's garage-found Top Flight '54 roadster is a generational bridge for his family The '54 Corvette was a lot of things. A lot of different things, compared to the first-year '53s. That fact started with the move of Corvette production from Flint to St. Louis and the end to Flint's "Great Spatula Shortage," caused when Chevrolet bought ...

Hello, I'm going to try and make a replica waterslide decal for my 1954 HMV 1360 as the original is gone. The wording at the top of the badge should read 'By Appointment ..... Late King George VI'. Does anyone have a pic or scan of a nice badge please and then I'll have a go at reproducing it. Thanks. Howard

I'm looking for a pink toilet seat for a 1954 Crane Neuday toilet. Client would prefer that it matches to the existing toilet (and sink and tub), but doesn't want to pay and arm and a leg. Where should I look? I know the toilet isn't efficient, but it's in perfect condition. Thanks, Jason

Does anyone have any info to share on Crestone trumpets. An older gentleman has joined our community band and he has a Vintage Crestone trumpet. It was made in Western Germany pre 1954. We know it was pre 1954 because he still has the original receipt from when he bought it in Toronto. He paid $89 for it brand new. I'm guessing that was a lot of money back then. I've cleaned up the ...
