I am using handbrake-gtk. I wan tto rip from DVD to mkv. My plasma is running at 1920x1080. I would like to rip the content so that it fits the screen without any borders. Is this possible? I am able to view 720p so I am willing to rip to the same size resolution (I understand it will not be HD).

Hey there. I am just asking about performance of 9600 GT on a 1920x1080 resolution how it plays games? Usually playing atm: WoW Guild Wars CS: Source Team Fortress 2 Call of Duty: MW2 Call of Duty 2 So how it would perform in those games, atleast WoW is pretty CPU limited so I think it wouldn't matter so much. At the moment I am playing at 1280x1024, which is my native resolution ...

27" iMac with 1920x1080 TV - fullscreen mirror possible? When I choose "mirror" with my 1080p Samsung, the iMac resolution obviously gets messy, and reverts to a messy 1920x1080, to compliment the tv resolution. Is it possible to keep the 2560x1440 resolution on the iMac, and mirror it to the 1080 TV, though "crammed in"? A ...

Im playing Crysis Warhead, and on gamer at 1920x1080, i normally get 30-50 fps in the opening scene, lately ill try playing and it acts as though its limited to 30, wont budge past 30. i look at the ground and it goes to 34, normal is 60fps for me. Newest drivers, no OC on the GPU. anything else i should look at?

Dear All, I've recently purchased Sony Vegas 9 pro and been using the x64 version on my windows 7. My camcorder is Sony SR11 (PAL) and I've shot a 5min clip for my work, done some color correction and have the result i wished for... BUT someone told me before i bought this camcorder, that i don't need 24p when shooting as I can do it on editing later on ( that' why i ...

hi, I am looking for the cheapest WUXGA laptop. So far I have seen the Dell Studio 15 and the Dell Vostro 1720 and both are pretty solid. Just checking to see if there's a better deal out there although the choices are slim. Thanks

I have a digital camera which takes 720p video, which looks pretty good. I'm interested in one which can take 1080p HD video, that's hopefully under $700. Any recommendations or useful information would be much appreciated.

So my old computer isn't up to date for larger raids (http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId= 11586840763&postId=115855383433&sid=1#0) I'm thinking of buying a new computer part-by-part. What's the minimum requirements for "Ultra" settings at 1920x1080? Does overclocking a CPU give better WoW performance? Again thankful for any input or advice /Smyger

Hello, For the first time i managed to buy a high-end PC for myself, didn't get it for WoW ofcourse but i was surprised when i found out that i'm getting low fps while playing WoW. Playing @ 1920x1080 with everything maxed and i was getting 7-14 FPS in dalaran, it's probably the wrong place to measure FPS since there's countless people there - all at the same time.Plus i am playing on Al'Akir...
