The original 190s thread had a few cobwebs about, so let's revive it by starting up anew! Hopefully there'll be some takers who want to rally together to push out of this pound-decade and into the 80s! I'm new to the 190s, but I'm already ready to get out...I get bored easily. Let's hope we have some company this time, Paradoxx!

Like it says. I got both of these off TGR, but need to free up some cash for other gear. Both pairs new and undrilled. The Rubys have some faint topsheet scuffs from handling. The Lhasas have ripply topsheets and one base is ground a bit thin at the tip. PM me if interested and make an offer. I am trying to get what I paid for them back out, plus shipping.

I am trying to put together the original tool kit for my car 1984 190D 2.2 I know I have some of the stuff, but if I can see a clear picture of what it is suppose to include, I can see what I have and then buy what I don't have. Different years and models had slight variations, so I want something specific to my particular car.

I am a newly diagnosed type 2. Despite having some spikes in the 150-190s after meals my A1C has been around 5.4 or so. I have PCOS as well. I am 5'4" and 146lbs. I am reading the controversy with the A1C with great interest as I am finding it hard to understand how I can have these spikes and yet come up with what my doctor says is a normal A1C. I am understanding it better some now ...

Doc told me that I can stop worrying. She said that the heart rate was fine. 100% fine. Even when the u/s tech had me all worried and concerned, a HR in the 190s is ok. Dr C doesn't get nervous unless it reaches 220 for an extended period. (And the u/s tech was 'spoken to' about the things she said and the way she was manhandling me and baby) Today the HR was in the 160s. We can ...

Starting out in the 190s, my first real mini goal was to make it back to the 150s. This week (after stalling in the low 160s for a bit) I accomplished that goal 157.2! I started taking side pictures of myself in the beginning of September when I weighed 177.4 wearing only my bra and undies. I never thought I'd be posting these but here are my before and after pics (for a ...

So I made my goal of getting out of the 190s (just barely) for Thanksgiving! That means, to date, I have lost 10 BMI POINTS since I was at my heaviest, and 6 points since I recommitted. I'm so amazed at myself! Starting: 243 BMI: 42 Recommitment: 221.5 BMI: 38 Today: 189 BMI: 32

I just got under 200 for the first time in 10 years. As excited as I am to finally be in the 190's, I really can't wait to get out! I have 10 lbs to go. I'm hoping to be in the 180's by Valentine's Day.
