I recently upgraded to Win 7 64bit from Win Vista 64 bit. I never thought I would say that Vista was more stable than Win 7; but, I guess there is a first for everything. How do I get my Studio 1555 to start in safe mode. I have previously been advised to tap the F8 key but that does not work. I originally had Vista 64 and had the same issue and now I have Win 7 64 bit.

Hello, I have a Dell Studio 1555. Once I install mandriva 2010 free 64 bit I loose the video after installing the boot manager. I just get a black screen. The video card works fine with an external monitor & the internal monitor works fine with Windows 7. I tried using Mandriva One but I never got a screen. Can someone help please?.

My Dell Studio 1555 laptop running Windows 7 has detected the HP ScanJet 3970 successfully and automatically selected a driver which only offers JPG, BMP, PNG and TIF file types for scanned documents. Please advise me where I can get a HP driver for HP ScanJet 3970 that give option of Adobe PDF file format for scanned documents. 1 person needs an answer I do too
