I know this is pretty random and whatnot but would a Core 2 Quad with 2.5GHZ and 6GB of DDR3 RAM and a HD 3650 do it for this game? Would I be able to put the settings on high? By the way, my computer is an XPS-121B..

I recently bought a Dell XPS 430-121B, and I'm thinkig about changing the graphics card. Would a5870 card be too power consuming for the computer's power supply? If so, would a 4890 or GTX 260 be a good aternative? (NOTE: I'm on a relatively small budget)
