Also from the 10Q Note N Page 40: Cyberlux needs to explain who these shares went to and why. Where are the agreements? There is one for SGI from Mar 2008. Over ONE BILLION shares for what?

what are you talking about? the next 10Q is not due until mid Jan. the 10-k and Q1 financials have been overdue for some time now. i dont think we ever see any Qs though. i think our only hope is to see a 10-k w/ the rumored tender offer to follow.

I agree. We need that 10K/10Q or everything else is really meaningless as far as the stock goes. We sit and wait...and wait...and wait... Someone (the company/management, FINRA, SEC) needs to quit dragging their feet. But as your other post shows, at least in the case of the SEC, dragging is their M.O. DP

The nine month comparison in the 10Q(09 v 08) shows an increase of about $300K in revenues and $800K in operating expenses. When will ERFW have a CC or PR to explain what is going on.

i don't know where this is going but i think we just got the most truthfull 10q we ever got. my thinking is that it had to surface sooner or later and RL chose to disclose all of the past mismanagement all at once. hopefully we get some help and go on, if not most of us knew we were invested in a very speculative stock. good luck to all, gerry
