That's severe duty too. Think I should give it a shot? This is my 4cyl Accord. Maybe I can buy the filters from Honda just to make sure they are up to par. It also says change the transmission fluid every 120K for the 5 speed. It's crazy how low the maintenance is on these cars.

OK, so here's the deal. I put on Ohlins long ago, recently moved and don't have space to store these. Just want to get rid of them, and today. I was told two are slightly leaking and need rebuilds, also missing the brackets for the fronts, which I'm sure you can get from Sector when you send them in for the rebuild. Call over there to inquire. I'll let these go today for $650 + actual shipping...

I run amsoil, and change my oil, twice a year. Once in the spring, and once in the fall right before it gets cold. It is still way before the amsoil recomended intervals, but I do it for convenience so I don't have to crawl under any vehicles in the dead of winter.

... you need to get this car to a mechanic shop .. sounds like there is more than one thing wrong ... if it is hard starting (like 5 or 10 times turning the starter over), but still runs ok after it finally gets going, then you need to have your fuel pressure checked to assess the fuel pump.... or maybe the fuel filter needs replacing.... don't know if it is in the tank for these models or not...
