fps from 1 up to70 ,back to 1 etc Hello ! My GTA4 fps are going permantly from 1 up to 70. Even when i`m in the room at the beginning of the game and only standing still the fps are beginning at 70 and then falling down up to 1 in between 3-5sec, then raising again up tp 70 and so on.
