I'm working on getting all components together to begin reloading, but yet to get a reloading manual. A quick question is, the .45 auto projectile (bullet) the same dimensionally as the .45 colt projectile? I realize there are different weights depending on style and application. Thanks, Nunya

I'm using a Dillon 550b with Dillon dies for my .45 reloads. Question is what is the problem if you over crimp? So..how much is enough & how much is too much?

Both are 3 die sets. RCBS-as new only has 100 rounds through them latest design with the allen set screw locking nut. Only $45 shipped via USPS Priority mail. Dillon 9mm used but nothing wrong with them. Only $40 via USPS Priority mail. PayPal OK or check/money order. Or really save $$ & get both sets for $77.

Considering picking one up. .45 ACP, slim frame "sub compact". I cannot locate one locally to handle. I already have a G19 and from what I understand, the size of the G36 is very similar to the G19 ...more so than it is to the true subcompact G26/G27... this is a good thing since I really like the size of the G19. Thoughts, opinions on the G36?

FYI I was in Riley's in Hooksett this morning and they had 50 round boxes of Federal HST in .45 ACP 230 grain normal (not +P) loading for $30 a box. Won't last long ... Don't hoard, I only needed one so I only bought one. David
