Having a weird issue in Logic 9 in one of my projects. Whenever I have a limiter/maximizer on the master output (which is called stereo out in this project, not output 1-2 for some reason), the margin stays down in the -4db range, even though my limiter / maximizer output is set at a -0.0 margin. I use the SAME limiter / maximizer preset in another project, and it works like it ...

Hi The smallest volume graduations I have been able to find (0.4dB) are those available in the automation facility. On a vocal track I am mixing, I would like to adjust certain phrases by more like plus/minus 0.2dB -- is there any way of doing this, or is 0.4dB the smallest graduation available in the program?...

So, I moved from my offnet Orange service (provided by BT) to O2 LLU. When on the BT solution, my NM were all over the place, from -4db up to +24db. Disconnects all the time, 135k IPP all the time. 5 months of dreadful service. Line checked out as very good by BTOR (might do up to 4.5 megs, they said). PUt in NTE box, check home wiring (it was all BT). I put in ADSL Nation ...

Having a lot of trouble with noise on my line. I have monitored my snr, which drops from 15db to -4db and is then unable to re-sync until the noise stops. This happens weekdays from around 08.30hrs until around 16.00hrs. No such problems weekends. As I live in a rural area there are not too many business premises in the area, so it might be possible to trace the noise source, MY ...

http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/news/...Centre_low. php It seems the issue with the GPS is that the antenna is not shielded properly and it picks up interference from the phones inner workings. Shielding the antenna gives around 4dB gain in signal thereby significantly enhancing the GPS. Apparently Nokia have a mod for screen and GPS issues ... they replace the whole back of the unit. ...

if you are patient, you can search for a used mesa baron - it can run 55wpc pure triode, to 150 pure pentode. or 2/3 triode at 85wpc, or 2/3 pentode at 120wpc. plus, negative feedback settings of 0db, -2db, -4db, -8db. and, it's a true dual-mono design - even has two separate power switches & power cords. if you are willing to bi-amp, i think you will find set works fine on the rm40, w/solid...

Hi I am using Entanet. My Noise attenuation is Downstream 44.0db Upstream 22.5db My Noise Margin is Downstream 15.4db Upstream 12db I am on an up to 8Mb service and most of the time when my router boots up it shows a downstream connection speed around 3350K but I frequently find that this has dropped to around 1200K. This fluctuation is only in the ...

Idézet (Sándor -P20- @ 2006. ápr. 15., szombat - 21:10) Ez sok? Láttál volna pár éve a DPG-n.. SW történetekkel szórakoztattuk egymást. Volt hogy napi 3-4db A4-esoldalt kopácsoltam be hardwareből, amit vártak a többiek, hogy folytathassák a sztorit.... Akkor vissza a vízhez.. Azt a 876W-ot felejtsd el, mert azt 70 / 80 fokos víznél teljesíti a cuccos, ahol az infra sugárzása is ...

.... interesting .... Just connected up my Netgear (v4) and connected to my new O2 account again. Sure enough, the Netgear says the downstream attenuation is 56db (wheras the O2 box claims it's 58.5). However ... here's the rub ... using RS-lite at 5 sec intervals ... with the O2 box the NM sits pretty flat at 9db (where O2 set it), +/- 0.5db (occassional 4db spike, very ...

adjust input while measuring the output. i know, i know- but it's true. send 1k +4db to the deck, adj input 'til you get the same on the output. i do this first, because sometimes meters drift and this is a good time to cal your vu meters too. (NOT the black screw on the front of the meters) then proceed with the rest of the alignment. -chris www.welcometo1979.com
