work out gurus i just joined a gym and i want some work out tips. i know some of u are really into working out. so teach me lol

cancel gym membership and get p90x me and my brother are working on it and holy hell its hard

having the correct diet is key to gain strength and endurance. take it easy for the first few months to condition your tendons and ligaments. as stated before, form is key. it will also prevent injuries. if you are sore, Dont work on that muscle group or auxilery groups that assist in that particular workout.

Motivation is the key sir. Partner helps alot aswell
