Reading between the lines here, it seems you may be trying to cut your body fat% by using the Winny. Nothing lowers body fat better than good old hard aerobic/cardio work along with a good diet. Going from 36 to 23% body fat like you did is great, and a testimony to dedication. So if you can do it again, you should. Winny for me is great stuff, the last time I did it I gained 8lbs of good muscle and definition. But I am also 9% BF. As a side...

winny is not magic.You should try to get yor bf% in the low teens first.Winny is a good way to go but the risks are high for liver problems eve at 8 weeks.

the winni is a waste if your not going to show! and unless your going add some test to it, have fun with the painful joints you will have while on it, and like they are saying lower your BF more or again its a waste of money!!
