the nameless 2/5
after seeing "The Darkness", which is also made by Jaume Balaguer?, I
always wanted to see this one. But its a huge disappointment. Starts really
good with nice touch of horror, but slowly gets worse and worse. Not as
good as the imdb rating is suspecting it. Its not a horror movie.
Doom 3/5
I've never played the game, but I've read that they've changed the story
for the movie - the part involving the hell and the demons, explaining the
creatures with genetics. This made it very similar to the Resident Evil
movies... pity. Stiil, it was fun.
I also saw...
The Island 3/5
When a Stranger Calls 2.5/5 I went to see this movie sunday. It was
alright, nothing that made me say wow, or "this was a good movie" or
anything like that. Honestly, most of this movie could have all been done
in 30 minutes, not the whole one hour and 30 mins. There was no action, not
blood, no nothing. Just some girl in a house with a stranger calling and
then being attacked. But then again ...
The Blue Max (1966) 5/5 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060177/ I never seen this movie before or even heard of it; I came across it while helping to shelve the return DVD rentals at one of my stores. This is a great movie: good story, good aerial battle sequences using real World War I airplanes , no miniatures and CGI and the ending was WOW!! If you never seen it, I highly recommend that you find this movie and watch it!!
I´m just watching Me, Myself and Irene on HBO 2 right now. And watched The Mask yesterday. I still think these two are Jims best comedies. I just LOVE IT
The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 - 3 / 5 Haven't seen the original so I can't compare but this was decent. Travolta was born to play villains and is great in this as well. Has that Tony Scott style to it but he didn't really go over board with it.
The Illusionist : 4.9/5 This movie was just fantastic. It´s a very quiet movie, with a absolutely perfect cast. Every actor plays a so believeable character, a great experience to watch this movie. I would rate it 5/5, but there was one serious plot hole, which ruined the whole thing a bit. Paul Giamatti, is highly underrated!
My last seen movies: Apocalypto (2006) 5/5 How To Lose Friends & Alienate People (2008) 4.5/5 Pathfinder (2007) 1.5/5 The Cottage (2008) (Unrated) 2.5/5 Hancock (2008) (Unrated) 3.5/5 Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel (2009) 4/5 The Hitcher (2007) 2.5/5 Superman/Batman: Public Enemies (2009) 3.5/5 Star Trek (2009) 3/5 Drag Me to Hell (2009) 3/5 Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007) 2.5/5 Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) 1/5 The...

I'm a bit behind the times, but I saw Superman: Doomsday the other night. It was obviously an edited-for-TV version, but I still enjoyed it. I do find it interesting that they got James Marsters to voice Lex Luthor. Still, I'm glad I didn't buy it, and I probably won't be picking it up.
I have the Beatles' "I've Just Seen a Face"... I have the Beatles' "I've Just Seen a Face" running through my brain nonstop. Not the original version, the cover from the recent movie.
