Touch panel pc's are the computers that have the monitor with touch screen ability and functionality, according to the knowledge i have is that all the CPU, processors, ram, motherboard etc are built in the monitor itself........ Please provide further information identifying the machine you are enquirying about. Googling for 'touch panel pc' produces over 2 million hits. The website you provide 'corvalent dot com' does not enlighten. Please bear in mind this site relates to old computers, not new technology. If you are referring to Touch Screens, when these first appeared (possibly from NCR or HP), they worked by having a horizontal and vertical...
