has anyone had problems with utility warehouse accumulating large amounts of credits and still increasing your monthly direct debit because at present they have about £430.00 credit on my gas and trying to contact them is a nightmare any advice out there thanks

Switch away from them to another (cheaper of course) supplier. Then when you get your final bill, demand they refund the credit immediately, failing which you will take them to the small claims court.

I've noticed that Utility Warehouse do tend to build up credit, especially on gas. But if you send your current meter reading towards the end of the month, they'll adjust it on the next bill. The email address to use is memberservices (at) uwdc.co.uk and don't forget to include your account / customer / membership number, whatever it's ...
