Not going to happen. that system is just too old. if you can spend $600 on a new system, then that is realistic to get something that can put most modern games on mid settings. But i dont suggest getting your hopes up about that system for new games.

so what should i get for the new system just a new motherboard, processor, card and ram?? im not sure

how much can you spend? Reason I say dont bother with that old system is becasue you would be basically trying to feed a dead horse. Even if you were to upgrade it, its not possible to upgrade that system to a point that it will play new games.

i could spend around 750 max, what would u suggest i get if so?

do you want to build by yourself? I can come up with a list if so. Sell your old system. that gets you about $100 if you are lucky. but just dont jsut the old parts in the new computer. This is what I suggest for about $700. Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Black Processor - Processors - Desktops ...

Dont get the 900 go with the 300 or 200 series... for the money you save, you can either pocket it or upgrade... Newegg.com - Recertified: OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS-B 600W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V SLI Ready Active PFC Power Supply here is an excellent deal on a good power supply that will be plenty of overkill... no rebate hassles

oops, i swear i swapped out the 900 for the CM 690. and I changed the Caviar blue to the Black edition instead. something must have gone wrong somewhere
