My questions: How was it determined that you required ICSI? What were his semen parameters in the multiple analyses done? Normally a male with a single testicle would still have no issue with natural conception, unless there was some other ...

Don't get discouraged after only 1 failed cycle since the average couple entering into IVF with ICSI takes 2 cycles for a successful pregnancy to term.
