The guy here says there's no need to ever use the command line http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/8326264.stm Umm, just booted the Kubuntu LiveCD and there was a loud pop at start-up, I thought the cones on my speakers were going to jump out of the boxes!!!
