this is good for us in long run because without those high pay and bebefits and healthcare i would not want to be their also!! anyone else want to substantiate this at bap and others??

BAP has a very high rate of people dropping off. I know for a fact just on my team we,ve had 1 that couldn't do the job and was walked out after 3 days. 1 that made it 3 days and didnt show up for day 4. 1 just started yesterday and didn't come back today. Judged: 1 The people that took buyouts are the ones that could get another job. The ones that are without a high school education are just plan lazy stayed. I am not counting people with over twenty years they had to stay. I understand that.
