Before I start, I would like to wish you all the best for the new year. It is a new year, this is the year in which (next week to be exact) I will reach the big 4 O's. Between january and july I have to follow a course. With this between january and april I will be away 3 times for 2 weeks each, during the time I am only at home during the weekends, between I am 4 weeks at my regular work. So...

5 nonstop rounds of: - 10/10 swings and the remaining of the minute double (32 kg) KB suitcase deadlifts - 10/10 swings and the remaining of the minute chest pulls (strands) (used the 24 kg KB for the swings) after that: - 3 x 1/1 TGU to standing position with 32 kg KB - 3 x 1.5/ 1.5 TGU with 24 kg KB 1.5 TGU = 1 full TGU and another 1 to standing position, that is 1 rep per side.

As you might have noticed i did not do every other day workouts. Today was TGU day, but focus on the TGU instead of adding swings etc. Guess I should stick to this, so 2 times a week the royal swinging court and 2 times a week the TGU focussed day. Today's workout: - total of 21 ppu2 pushups, 6/6 (24 KG) KB full TGU's and 3 x 1/1 (24 kg) KB TGU to standing position - 3 x 1/1 (32 kg) KB...

I was reading through some of my old routines and decided to combine two routines I enjoy into one for the conditioning workout. But temperature is still too low and wet to workout outside so I have to wait a couple of weeks before I can use the flip-cleans-squats again. That's a tough workout. I've been playing around with the kettlebell and now understand better what a great training toll it is. Due to a right shoulder that bothers me, I'm not doing any overhead work. My favorite is 100 two-handed swings for time using a 24kg KB. My best time is 4:25 and that routine kicks my butt big time. Keep up the good work.

Sorry for posting this late.. but did you feel any different on the 28th? Cause you had like a 5 day break and I noticed you don't usually take long breaks. So like tired? And did you see the movie 'in bruges'? I liked it.
