Lately, when I running web test on VSTS2008, VS close himself and throw an error on event log : EventType clr20r3, P1 devenv.exe, P2 9.0.30729.1, P3 488f2b50, P4 system.windows.forms, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 4889dee7, P7 1521, P8 12f, P9 system.timeoutexception, P10 NIL. When I run the webTest one time -  everything is o.k. But if I set the webTest to run 5 time or more, VS close himself and i get ...

Hello Miro1977, Frankly speaking, this might be hard to troubleshoot online since there would be many causes for the crash to happen. However, you can try the following steps to deal with the case: 1. Try running devenv /Safemode to see if you can open it correctly. 2. Reboot the machine into Safe Mode.      Tnx Edgar, i will try you suggestions.      I try with different user - but same error occur       I will try the other thing..      But the exception tell about TimeOut - time out from what ? and how it can relevant only when i run more then 1 time webtest ?     I gust i will need to check it..

   While I search an answer I was found something interesting :    I open trace file (from QTAgent.exe.config ) on the Agent that run the WebTest, when I get the timeout error I see in the log    that I get timeout on - Cleanup called.   Here several rows from the log :   [V, 216, 10, 2009/11/11 17:34:32.044] QTAgent.exe: AgentObject: Sending heartbeat to listeners   [V, 216, 10, 2009/11/11 17...

Hello Miro1977, I think the crash memory dump is necessary for better troubleshooting. You could install SP1 on both controller and agents to see if the crash still exists.
