Hi, guys
What's the meaning of that expression? Is there another way to say that?

I think the single quotes around 'findability' is to indicate that "success-fueling" is not an adjective for 'findability' but for "quality". I really don't know.
Any suggestions?

Findability fuels (increases or causes) success, therefore it is success-fueling. It's a rather odd way to express things.
