state regulatory matter I'm kind of lost... We're talking about a company trying to prove its case against allegations of adulteration of products. It goes on trail several times to make the accuser take back the allegations but it always loses. Then one renowned consumer watchdog testifies in its favour but "the courts simply refused to enter a state regulatory matter "..???

Oh ok I got it... The company also appealed to the Supreme court then I guess it is a matter of federal courts not wanting to deal with the case... thank you.

Oh ok I got it... The company also appealed to the Supreme court then I guess it is a matter of federal courts not wanting to deal with the case... thank you.
