Thread: starting over

Well I am starting over with lifting. Long Story Short college, family life, personal injuries and drinking issues I havent lifted seriously in about 5 years. Have gone to the gym a few times here and there but nothing for longer than 2 weeks straight. I am going to start when my leg heels enough to the point where I can walk again then start at the gym fulltime again, I really miss it. What ...

Was a complete drunk and drug user for decades,I now have 65 trophies from bodybuilding.........don`t pick up a drink and train hard. One day at a time is what it takes just like life. Stay strong and good luck bro!
