I just bought a pack of black&milds and practiced. After I was done with the pack I could do them anytime. Its a lot easier indoors because the wind fucks with them a lot. I never blow rings with weed tho..don't wanna waste the smoke But as far as I can tell there is no trick to doing them. From what I've seen many people do them differently (like using your tongue and such..) but I just ...

Youtube is your friend. I can't remember the video, but that is how I learned.

What part do you need help with? You gotta hold the smoke back, and let it out just a bit at a time. Open your mouth and hold the smoke in your lungs, take note of how that feels, and then let a bit of smoke out in tiny spurts. Keep your mouth in an "O" shape during this, and it should make rings, if it's not windy.

ya defiantly try with tobacco or a spliff. Also hookah is really good to learn on, easy to get lots of smoke for the rings. Practice practice practice!

draw some smoke but keep it in your mouth dont inhale, then tilt your head and make open and close movements with your mouth, it takes a little fine tuning but is a pretty basic skill. gl dude

I don't know how, but my friend managed to do it with a bong (as in the smoke ring coming out of the bong bowl ). It was immense.

That reminds me of this steamroller I used to have. Sometimes when you puffed on it, a ring of smoke floated up from the bowl. It was pretty cool
