Never heard of them Have you had it scanned for fault codes? Is that what you meant by "no faults in the em system"?

Well, if these faults appeared at the same time the remap was done then I think there is a good chance that the remap is responsible for your problems. TBH I would get the car back to standard ASAP and I'd drive it as little as possible in the meantime.

Take it back to the remappers - it sounds as if something has gone wrong and if it was OK before the remap but not after then the remap is a strong candidate for the problems. Everybody makes mistakes sometimes - they could have loaded an incorrect map. Get it back to standard, check it's all OK and then get it re-mapped. It may need a couple of days back & forth to check with a cold engine etc. but soldiering on with it in its...

Does seem to point to the remap given the timing, but also sounds a bit like a dodgy MAF - one to consider maybe but probably not. Defo get the map taken off and put the car back to standard.
