Thread: recommend me some French music.

Stuff that sounds a bit like Beirut in style if you know what I mean. I can't think of the name of the genre. It doesn't have to actually be French just in that style. This sort of thing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbGiDxg8kwM

I don't think Beirut sound like French music much (chanson, musette etc). Paulo Conte *cheeps cheeps, da dadada da da da.* Maybe M83? Beirut as a band dont write in a particular style, but the recent works are based around his journeys through different countries which reflect the nature of the work iirc
