thanks for the suggestion. how do get antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin ?? Is it available through pharmacy or i have to get it from doctors?

Hello, Antihistaminics and steroids may be needed for days or a few weeks till the symptoms persist. If the hives don’t go after 6 wks of treatment also, then it can be a case of chronic urticaria which needs further evaluation as it may be due to auto antibodies. Hope it helps.
