tennis elbow sucks! i got it realy bad in HS when a tree stand step broke during bow season and i fell to the ground from a couple 3 feet and then sliped on a branch on the ground and the way my hard hit it was like whiplash for my elbow, it gave me alot of problems i had to lower my bow poundage because of it, the best thing is to take it easy and try not to use that arm hard at all!

Faber is my favorite. Yeah he lost his belt, those things will always happen but she shut Brown down in the last fight even when he had a broken hand. Brown is no slouch at that !!!

IMO you need to have a "certain" or baseline level of fitness before you do this program...That's the hard part to figure out... Just what is the certain level?? P90X comes with a guide that has a fit test. If you pass it then you're ready, if not it says to consider one of their other programs first. It's one tough program and i guess they think if you're totally out of shape you'd get ...

5# of whey protein at sam's club for about 28 bucks. check it out. as far as the recovery drink, I don't know, but you can probably get by with a protein shake.

I live a similiar life-style. I don't consider 44 that old. Its going to be a personal choice but if it was me I probably would pursue something that would keep me active.

Look on the previous page or two. I posted a link to it in PDF format. If that doesn't work you can Google it and a bunch of things come up about the guide.

I used to drink it all the time when I lived in Argentina. I never really noticed the energy factor. I just know that you have to acquire a taste for it.

I'm just about over my now 3 week virus. Although I'm planning on hitting some free weights for a while and will probably start another round of P90x around Feb. I'm still following fairly close to the nutrition guide but not super strict. I have a cheat day here and there. Usually it's a day here and there but nothing too crazy.
