Thread: protein + additional amino acids

Hello everyone, i am new to the site and looking for your feedback. I am going to the gym around 4 days a week with solid workouts and interval cardio training. I am drinking 2 protein shakes per day / 100 grams protein each- 1 mid day and 1 post work out and also tracking my calorie intake. I weigh 190lbs and am definitely seeing increased definition and strength. I am not sure to add amino 1000...

100g seems a lot. Try halving your shakesize and get more protein from real food. Ive just started taking some amino acids supplements after a bit of research. I take 1 450mg capsule every morning with my shake and 900mg before and after every workout. Im giving it a month at least before I judge them though
