As far as the Head Unit (Reverse Rotation) and the intercoolers, difference would be none. The piping will a little bit different do to where it runs from throttle body out of engine bay to fenderwell.
I would call procharger and ask Tech that specific question, that is just my advice.

well I called procharger and the only difference is the relocation coolant tubes...
looks like I'm gonna be procharged soon. 2100 bucks is cheap for an 95% complete kit.
Procharger was very helpful BTW, I would recommed them.
