hi there. gonna be refeeeding soon and have done a 7 day meal plan. can someone check it and tell me if i've gone wrong anywhere?all advice appreciated x day 1 breakfast-choc shake lunch-choc shake tea-6oz chicken with cajun spice and small salad of lettuce,cucumber and peppers. day 2 b-choc shake l-small tin tuna with small salad with pepper and balsamic vinegar t-...

ooo looks soooo good! i'm no expert as you know so i'll let someone else be the judge of that. i was just wondering, how are you going to roast potatoes when we can't add any fat? intrigued...

just gonna dry roast them.used to do that when i was on slimming world before. they don't taste as good as with fat but they will do.perfectly edible. i can't wait to start refeed now.not long sar x have you done your plan yet?

so just bung them in the oven and thats it? so gonna give that a go. i havent done mine yet - i keep saying i must do it but just havent yet! think i'll try and do it this weekend, dont wanna rush the plan and get it wrong so i do wanna get it all down on paper a while before refeeding. 21days left! xx

Babe as far as i know we are not allowed to use any sauces including gravy sorry! Home made seems to be ok thou so for your pasta that sauce is ok! Hope this helps. I dont know if i shud post my refeed diary now do you want to have a look for me???

well it says you can use food prepared with low fat sauce.i imagine that could be jars of low fat premade sauces too.bisto best made with water isn't that high in fat so thought a little would be ok? if not i'll have to have my sunday lunch dry yeah post yours up hun.might pinch some of your ideas. i can't wait for my curry and fajitas.dying for some spicy food x

All looks great - although we arent allowed gravy in refeed. Im glad you are dry roasting your pots & veggies!!! Scrambled eggs - are you just adding milk? Remember no butter or added fats to the toast or eggs. Apart from that it all looks ok. You might find having the full 6oz of chicken/fish etc and 6 pots/8oz pot too much at first but just listen to your body - when its had enough ...

awww gutted about the gravy i'm quite lucky in the fact that i don't like butter or spreads and rarely add fat to anything.i have dry toast and will use a splash of skimmed milk for my eggs. day 1 will be wednesday december 2nd.20 days!! i know i'm early sorting my plan but wanted to be prepared and start buying in the food i'm gonna need and them spices.thank god for freezers x

Hi Taff All looks ok, although, like the others said lay off the gravy whilst refeeding....you will enjoy it all the more when you are able to have it :-) Good luck when the time comes!

Yup - i too stocked up when i could as i knew from last time i just couldnt afford a big shop all in one go & buying shakes for refeed. Defo good to plan, the further you plan ahead the better
