So I have a scenario where suddenly traffic between our SSG140 and a per ISP provider router stopped, or almost stopped.   There was no change whatsoever on our router and suddenly ISP cannot ping our router and we cannot ping ISP.   Otherwise our SSG140 seems to be working fine with the traffic going via the primary ISP connected to a different port.     On the bad interface I see only ...

hi   Do  you saw MAC address of your ISP on FW  ?   get arp | inc IP ISP   try   unset arp all   andlet your fw  rebuild arp table    thnaks

Adding on mehdi......   you still not see the arp table on the firewall Run the following debug:   1) debug arp all 2) cl arp 3) get db s   Please paste the output.   Thanks Atif

Hello   sometimes u need reboot the box to fix the problem but i'm not sure about this. how about the couter statistic output, can u find something weird on that?. btw before that you should collect the log like arizvi and mehdi suggest. and better u sniff the packet to see what cause arp issue occured    Thanks   EL
