Thread: new mac desktop software wiped my phone - BlackBerry® for Mac - BlackBerry Support Community Forums

I just downloaded the new desktop manager for mac last night and when I ran the first sync everything that wasnt saved to my sdcard is now gone. Screw you blackberry, my next phone will be an iPhone.

I feel your pain! My curve just did the same thing on my pc, only it was the first time I have tried to back up and now my contacts etc are seemingly gone!   If anyone answers my post I'll let you know asap!   good luck!
