Thread: my weight gainer only giving me fat

im only getting fat from my weight gainer, im on a low fat 6 normal meal diet + 2 weight gainer a day. what do i do wrong?

I meant like I feel I'm ONLY gaining fat, and not muscle

If your eating 6 meals a day why do you need a wieghtgainer? The wieghtgainers are probably make you go way over your maintenance calories. You probably feel like your not gaining muscle cause your gaining fat that hides it. Your trying to gain to fast.

3 times a week intense, and I'm doing kickboxing/judo other 4 days

Then its not all fat. Just keep doing what you're doing. Don't be so concerned about having a 6 pack.
