My neighbors came by when we were cutting the trees and said that since they had lived there (24 years), they had not seen any tree trimming happen. I am pretty happy with the outcome.

it needs a ton of work and i have some pretty big plans for it. just gotta get to that point first. the 10k ac unit kinda set me back some... well 10k to be exact

well i'd rather not say just yet but the comps were around 155k

Basement in San Antonio. Good one. I guess a basement is certainly possible if you remember to bring enough dynamite with you. What part of San Antonio do you live in? I spent three years in Windcrest, and six years on Fort Sam.

Looks like a nice house man. That tree trimming made a huge difference. Good work. I can't wait to get my first house. I just need a better paying job first. Maybe in a year or so.
