I have a music theory book that has a question that reads "In four-part vocal style harmonise the whole of this soprano melody.' Can you explain to me the difference between writing music in vocal style as opposed to writing in piano style?
Answer Hello Annette,
I agree this question could have been more clearly put, but it's talking about 4-part harmony as opposed to harmonisation.
