( Have you ever tried MIracle Noodles?  They have to be orderd online but there is a similary product at the grocery store called Shirataki Noodles.  I am still pre-op so I don't know if they work post-op, I guess just like everything:  chew, chew, chew.....but both Miracle Noodles and Shirataki Noodles are zero carbs and VERY low calories. ,)

I don't know if you should eat it after the sleeve or not but my friend is a nurse who's husband has been diabetic all of his life (he's in his 60s) and she swears this is the only pasta that doesn't spike his blood sugar.  I ate it prior to surgery and it is good-tastes like regular pasta.

I have not had the dreamfield's pasta post-op so I don't know if it goes down well.  But I have tried them pre-op and they taste the same as normal pasta.  I serve it to my family and they have never noticed any difference.  I am still on liquids, but even once I am cleared to eat real food again I am not sure that I would be going for the pasta (even the dreamfields), I think that it would be...

( I do also occasionally have a bit of pasta at 7 months out... but again it is just a bit to compliment my  meal.  I eat mostly protein :\) ,)

( LOL....Getting past the stinky packaging was the hardest part for me but when I did Medi-Weightloss Clinic a while ago, they were a lifesaver with butter spray and parmesan. ,)

( We've been using it for years now and it's great. I don't get to eat much after protein, but I do enjoy some of it and it helps my husband keep weight off. It's just delish. My youngest sister who's a diabetic turned us onto it. It's the only pasta that she can eat without a sugar spike. Sue ,)

( I love this stuff - hope no one comes up with a post that says it isn't true.  I make mac and cheese with it using FF milk and LF cheese and chicken broth \(also add some protein powder to bring the count up to 20 protein per serving.  It is very filling and easy to stop at one serving. My biggest fear - not enough people will buy it and they will stop making it. ,)
