Hi Big, and sorry I didnt read all the rules before sending my message. I'm 41 y-o, 184cm, 78 kgs. Training 5 times a week +/- 1 hour (2 x cardio, 3 x bb). Bodyfat around 12%. Not looking for gaining a lot of muscles, but more to replace 4 kgs of fat by 4 kgs of muscles :-) I'm open to any advise & recommendations - as I wrote i'm totally new here. at your age you should consider going to the doc and getting bloodwork done, you may qualify for TRT/HRT. The right doc can prescribe you and you will feel like you're 18 again.
