The reports I've read about smoking marijuana states that marijuana will increase your heart rate and blood pressure. you can't become physically addicted to marijuana. Considering you are inhaling the smoke when you aren't supposed to inhale the cigar smoke because its harsher than cigs.. you are basically smoking the equivalent of a shitload of cigs a day if you smoke a cigar or more. not to mention the weed. not to mention the fact that you probably hold each hit in longer too. it definitely CANT be good for you.
